Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join Genesis Health, one of the leading providers of healthcare services. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients and residents, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care.
• Evaluate patients, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
