Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Pine Lodge. As an LPN, you will work night shifts on twelve-hour rotations, every other weekend. The role involves delivering efficient nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
