Job Description
Genesis Health is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients to collect data and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
