Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Genesis Health is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients and residents by delivering high-quality nursing care and building meaningful relationships.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and high patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and report changes accordingly.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff in patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
