Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team at Genesis HealthCare. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients/residents.
• Conduct patient assessments and report any changes in condition.
• Participate in care planning and implementation.
• Supervise unlicensed staff and ensure proper patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
