Job Summary: Genesis HealthCare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at the Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in improving patient lives by delivering high-quality nursing care and building strong relationships with patients, residents, and their families. You will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes for all individuals under your care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients.
- Assess patients' conditions and report any changes.
- Contribute to care planning and implementation.
- Supervise and monitor care provided by support staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
