Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

We are currently looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Assess and monitor patients, observing conditions and communicating any changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
