Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing high-quality nursing care to patients and contributing to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
- Participate in care planning and delivery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and oversee care provided by support staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing program.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility is preferred.
