Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. We offer a supportive work environment with a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record system and comprehensive training. LPNs will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. We have opportunities for full-time, part-time, and per diem LPNs with competitive pay based on experience.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Must have a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
