Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
