Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at ChristianaCare HomeHealth. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. This position offers the opportunity to work full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts with competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans that are patient-centered.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
