Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth's team. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and participate in discharge planning.
- Support patients in New Castle County, DE, in full-time, part-time, or per diem roles.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
