Job Description
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community and support discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
