Job Description

Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Evaluate patient conditions, collect data, and report changes in health status.
- Contribute to care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the best patient outcomes.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by support staff.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
