Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Pheasant Wood team on Evening and Night Shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
