Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at the Lebanon Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver excellent nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and contribute to positive clinical outcomes.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing school.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
