Job Description
Join us as a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH, a facility offering short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care services. The LPN will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient nursing care and achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, document and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure
- Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center)
