Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pheasant Wood. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
