Job Description
Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and families.
Position Highlights
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring positive clinical outcomes.
- Assess patients, monitor their conditions, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to care planning and administer medications as prescribed.
- Supervise and support unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
