Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Lebanon Center. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
