Responsibilities
- Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop effective care plans.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term or short-term care is a plus.
