Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
