Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Tuition Assistance

Job Description

Genesis Health is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts at Willows Center. As an LPN, you will work twelve-hour shifts every other weekend under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver efficient and effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to collect data and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
