Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, record observations, and communicate changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assist in nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
