Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the Pheasant Wood team for Evening and Night Shift positions. This role offers new wages, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits including Nursing Student Loan Debt Repayment and Tuition Assistance.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state.
