As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care by evaluating patients, contributing to assessments and care planning, administering medications, and supervising unlicensed staff.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
