As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care to patients, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and satisfaction.

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
