Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse MDS Coordinator to join Genesis Health, a leading healthcare services provider. As an LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Resident Assessment Process, ensuring accurate completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) for optimal patient care and reimbursement.

Position Highlights

• Lead the interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to comply with guidelines and regulations.
