Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Conduct patient evaluations and report changes in condition.
- Assist with nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by support staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved practical/vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
