Genesis Health is currently seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
- Participate in care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
