Job Description
Join Clayton Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN and be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality care for patients in a geriatric/long-term care setting. We are currently hiring for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles for both day and night shifts.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes.
- Evaluate patients, report changes in condition, and contribute to care planning.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
