Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse who will have the opportunity to change lives and build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. As an LPN, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing to patient assessments, care planning, and the delivery of efficient nursing care.
Position Highlights
- Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Assess patients, monitor conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing school.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must hold current BLS/CPR certification.
