Licensed Practical Nurse - Per Diem Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN in our Primary Care department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties within the scope of practice, including case finding, health teaching, and administering medications.
• Monitor and supervise the implementation of the Plan of Care by clinical staff.
• Provide leadership and guidance to certified nurse aides and other support personnel.
• Coordinate and evaluate the delivery of healthcare services in the assigned unit.

Requirements
