Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, providers, and Office Supervisor to provide high-quality patient care, maintain professionalism, and ensure strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide optimal patient care and support the healthcare team.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and stay accessible to patients.
• Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Preferred BLS training.
