Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a key member of the primary care unit, you will be responsible for providing vital nursing care and support under the guidance of registered nurses and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks within the scope of case finding, health teaching, and health counseling.
• Administer medications and provide nursing treatments as directed.
• Supervise and evaluate certified nurse aides and unlicensed assistive personnel.
• Ensure adherence to the Plan of Care by the clinical staff under your supervision.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state.
• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in nursing practice.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Compensation
