Job Description
Exeter Center is a 81-bed facility located in beautiful and historic Exeter, NH, minutes from Exeter Hospital. We offer short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care and respite care. We are looking to hire a licensed practical nurse to join our team that will include tuition assistance. This position is full-time and offers competitive salary and benefits.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
