Job Description
Exeter Center, located in Exeter, NH, is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, offering services ranging from short-term rehabilitation to long-term care. As an LPN at our facility, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse, providing efficient and effective nursing care with a focus on positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments based on physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
