We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Cedar Ridge. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to our patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients to collect data and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Administer medications per physician orders.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical nursing.
- Current or pending LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
