Responsibilities
- Spot and acquire potential properties for investment.

Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Proven experience in residential real estate with knowledge of terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on a commission basis.
