New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. If you have at least 2 years of experience in residential real estate, a keen eye for spotting property potential, and are familiar with terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Acquire off-market and on-market properties to add to our inventory using your experience and passion for real estate.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify lucrative opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals efficiently to maximize returns.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to leverage generated leads.
