Responsibilities

• Utilize market knowledge and data analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Negotiate deals and collaborate with sellers and investors.
• Acquire properties to expand our inventory and meet transaction targets.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Demonstrated ability as a natural dealmaker and negotiator.
• Accountability for results and a proactive approach to work.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
