We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team at New Western. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your knowledge of the real estate industry to identify valuable properties for acquisition, contributing to our growing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and data to identify lucrative real estate opportunities.
• Negotiate and close deals with sellers to acquire off-market and on-market properties.
• Collaborate with sales agents for the successful sale of acquired properties.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development programs via New Western University.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Proven track record as a natural dealmaker and negotiator.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with a high-performance mindset.
