Lariat Lodge Brewing is looking for a skilled Line Cook Kitchen Monkey to join our fantastic team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking a variety of food products, ensuring the highest quality of dishes served.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meats, fish, vegetables, soups, and other food items for cooking.
• Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Assist in food prep tasks during off-peak times.
• Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
