Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Post Acute Unit at UVMHN Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. As an LNA, you will work alongside our skilled nursing team to provide personalized patient care and support. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a compassionate approach to patient care are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Staff Nurse to deliver basic personal care and assist with patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and provide respectful and supportive care.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • State of Vermont LNA license.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
