Local City Driver / Forklift Operator, Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Local City Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team at ABF Freight in Reno, NV. As a crucial part of our operations, you will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of cargo, ensuring timely and safe transportation services to our customers.

General Description of Duties:

• Perform pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various locations within proximity of the consolidation/distribution center.
• Utilize forklifts and follow loading/unloading procedures similar to dock workers.
• Duties and schedule may vary by terminal location.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (training available for less experienced candidates).
• Hold a Class-A CDL with necessary endorsements and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment screenings and meet medical requirements.
