Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. As an LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in developing discharge plans. This position offers opportunities for both Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem roles with competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $28 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement care plans that are goal-oriented, patient-centered, and consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
