Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community. The successful candidates will support New Castle County, DE, working full-time, part-time, or per diem hours with competitive compensation based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement care plans that are goal-oriented, patient-centered, and consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
