LPN Home Care - $22-$28 / hr

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Implement patient-centered care plans and assist in discharge planning.
• Support New Castle County, DE, working day or night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Job Details

• Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
• Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week
• Weekly schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends
• Work Location: In person
