We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments to geriatric patients.
- Execute patient care plans according to goals and available resources.
- Collaborate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
