Genesis HealthCare, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking an LPN MDS Coordinator to join our team. As the LPN MDS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring appropriate patient care and nursing center reimbursement through the Resident Assessment Process.

Position Highlights

• Direct the interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument process.
• Develop individualized resident Care Plans in compliance with Federal and State regulations.
• Train team members on clinical content and electronic completion of MDS items.

Requirements

• LPN license in good standing.
• Previous healthcare facility experience.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and long-term care regulations.
• Computer skills including proficiency with Windows applications.
